Osteopathy is a manual therapy that harnesses the body's own self-healing and self-regulating mechanisms to promote health. By removing structural blockages though adjusting body tissue, we allow the blood, lymph, and nerve to effectively move through the body. This encourages healing, reduces pain, increases motion, and improves quality of life.
